PVT vs Wear To Get It...

HAPPY NU YEAR!!!
well Antoine and Marco just got back from the Northern Territory, phodoz will be coming up soon once we get them developed... anyways here is something you will all hopefully enjoy

Our friend Sophie Wolanski came around to Palestine and took a few photos and asked us a few questions about PVT. "Wear To Get It" is a really nice lifestyle/fashion blog and here is the nice things that Georgia and Jessie wrote about us...

"Pete Vs Toby is the collaboration of three 20 something artists living the Australian dream. Living and working out of Bondi, these best friends spend their days turning their art into cash by making Certified Organic hand-made clothes. In the early days they would drive down from Byron every Sunday to flog their goods at Bondi markets. After having great success they moved to Sydney permanently and thus Palestine was born."

Thanks to our friend Lolita at Bauhaus for sending these clippings from Milk magazine in Hong Kong... I like the way they used the photo of me holding a coke can up for the statue of liberty... and the lad dining bar, well that is pretty much one of the funniest signs i have ever seen.

PVT vs IM//UR

PVT vs IM//UR
PVT vs IM//UR

Christel from the website/blog "IM//UR" wrote a nice little article about what we do.
I went on a bit of a political rant but apart from that its pretty good reading...

(here is a snippet)
"How do you feel Australian design in general measures up from an international view?
Australian design is like our trip to the Olympic games. We do alright, but some other countries take more drugs and have more gold...but I guess we are doing alright for a bunch of convicts who destroyed the oldest cultural civilisation on earth."

hahaha realest shit I ever wrote

love
Marco

Who Remembers when Paris was just a city?

On her recent new years visit to Australia, Californian Socialite PARIS HILTON was quick to snap up some PVT gear. Here she is seen clutching and showing off her new "I REMEMBER WHEN PARIS WAS JUST A CITY" T, given to her as a gift from Melbourne party-boy Tom Howard.

Organic Cardboard Versus Psychadelic Leopards..

Hello world wide web,
here at Pete Versus Toby we like to do things differently. When it came time to update our website we thought carefully about what the web is missing and how we can fill that void. It occurred to us that when you are surfing the net everything seems way too artificial and digital. The human sense of creativity is lost...
We decided to incorporate an organic looking website with hand drawn cardboard and a psychedelic background. Our good friend Scott helped us put it all together and this is the amazing result. We now have an online store which will help Pete Versus Toby move forward as a movement that you all can be a part of. Thanks for taking a look at our blog and we will continue to inform you about what we are up to...
thanks
Marco and Antoine
(the PVT lads)
